This complete floor sanding is 99% dust-free and is done with a professional-grade sanding machine, connected to a powerful vacuum cleaner that instantly sucks up the dust (dust suppression system).

Refreshing ECO-BUFF floors

Our team also offers an alternative to full-floor sanding: ECO-BUFF floor refinishing. For hardwood, engineered, floating or brushed effect floors that have been pre-varnished in the factory (and whose UV finish makes them difficult to sand), the ECO-BUFF floor refreshing system has the great advantage of not thinning the wood while making it look completely new.
We cover the entire surface with a commercial-grade ecological varnish in the finish of your choice (matte, satin or semi-gloss). Before applying the varnish, we apply MAINTENANCE SURFACES CANADA's cleaner, which removes stains, grease and residue from the floor. We also use a cleaning machine (auto scrubber) to remove embedded dirt.
Whether you choose to have a complete sanding or an ECO-BUFF floor refreshment, we can apply a varnish or oil on it. The oil gives a traditional matte finish to the wood strips while bringing out the patterns and colours. In addition, the oil protects the wood remarkably well. We can also stain your floor before applying the varnish. We will offer you different colours of semi-transparent stain and, depending on your taste, your floor can be transformed into another wood species, darker or lighter.
